Hey all, sorry if it seems I've been slacking off. Real life you know.
Anyways, the project manager of SEAPonyCon (an upcoming pony convention in Bangkok, Thailand, www.seaponycon.com/) asked me if I wanted to make a comic for the convention. I accepted and decided to sketch out a comic featuring the con's pony mascots: Kwankao (Thailand), Rosa Blossomheart (Malaysia), Pearl Shine (Philippines), Temmy (Singapore) and Indonisty (Indonesia). It's gonna be long, so I'm making it multiple pages. I'll try to condense it as much as I can though.
The colored speech bubbles are meant to be sung to the tune of Frozen's "For the First Time in Forever". I originally hadn't planned on setting the dialogue to a song, but I just figured it would be really boring if I didn't. So I just decided on it.
Anyways here is page 1. We have four of our five beloved ponies getting ready to fly over to Bangkok...yeah. And yes, that is Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast.
